Where are you located?

How is payment handled?

All orders are processed safely and securely through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards.

 

If you would like to use another payment method, I can send you an invoice directly. Just fill out the form on the "Contact/Info" page.

How is shipping handled?

I package and ship everything myself!

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for the extra shipping charges due to an order being shipped to the wrong address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I try my absolute best to get orders shipped out within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed.

Sometimes life happens or I experience a large volume of orders. In those cases, orders can take up to 3 weeks - 1 month to arrive. You can definitely expect a gift with your order if it's taking longer than expected to ship. <3

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Sometimes, if shipping to an address located in an apartment building, USPS or FedEx will leave your package with the main office. Be sure to check in with them if the tracking says that your package has been delivered. With that being said, be sure to include your apartment or room number in your shipping address.

If in the rare case your package just doesn't arrive or if it arrives damaged, contact me directly and we can get another sent to you asap.
